How do I know which set my Pokémon card is from?
Scan the card with Cardex and the app tells you the exact set, card number and rarity automatically. You can also look at the set number printed in the bottom corner of the card (for example 081/244) and search it in the app. Learn more →
What do Pokémon card rarity symbols mean?

How can I tell if my Pokémon card is fake?
Compare the card to one you know is genuine: check the back for the correct blue tone and a crisp swirl pattern, read the text for wrong fonts, wide kerning and spelling errors, feel the card stock for flimsiness or extra thickness, and confirm chase cards have real embossed texture.
